To the Family of Mr. Kendrick S. Walker, I did not know Mr. Walker, but I do know the pain of losing a loved one in death. From the obituary, I can see that Mr. Walker was a person who was deeply loved and respected. At Isaiah 26:19 it says Your dead will live. The Bible promises a resurrection in which all in the memorial tombs will come out - John 5:28,29. I so look forward to that time. If you would like to know more about the resurrection, please visit jw.org. It is my prayer that the scriptures there will bring you comfort.

Even as the time goes by I still shed a few tears for my friend Kendrick Sebastian Walker. He would always remind everyone he knew to smile. He was an excellent example of being a father, a husband, a praise and worship leader, an elder, ect. Every area of his life screamed "God is good". I will miss my friend dearly. May Yahweh continue to bless and comfort his lovely wife Roz and his two beautiful children during this transition.

My heart was saddened to hear of Kendrick's passing. As I looked back I could see that warm smile and hear the pride as we spoke of his children and his wife. My prayers are with you Rosalyn, and your children as you go through this time. Always know that the Lord is with you in your darkest hour and will never give you more than you can bear.

We will cherish the memories of his warm, welcoming smile and peaceful spirit that made him a joy to be around and a blessing to have him as family. Although we are unable to attend the celebration of his life, here in Florida, many thoughts and prayers are with the family. On behalf of the Edge families in Tampa, Orlando and Miami, We Love You
