Obituary:
Frank D. Rucker was born on February 3,1947 in Franklin, Tennessee to the late Tom Perkins and Eu1a Pearl Rucker. Sunset peacefully set for our beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend on December 16, 2020 in Nolensville, Tennessee.

Frank was educated in the Williamson County, Tennessee School System. After completing his education, he worked faithfully for many years as a truck driver, an employee for General Smelting and Bi-Rites, and as a custodian at Paige Middle School and Jenkins Church.

Any and everyone who knew Frank knew he was a faithful member of the Shady Grove Primitive Baptist Church in Eagleville, Tennessee, where he served on the Deacon Board. He cherished his church family.

Frank was very talented. He was a good singer and dancer. He also loved to fish. He was very family oriented, as well as being a very good friend to many.

Frank was preceded in death by his siblings, Betty Jean, Tommy, Jennie Mai, John Willie, Leila, Sandy Irene, Jerry and Vivian Perkins.

Frank leaves to cherish and treasure his pleasant memory: his devoted wife, Veona L. Rucker; loving daughter, Kassandra (Zel Nevette) Perkins; son, Alexander Perkins; devoted siblings, Maime Rucker (Betty Fleming), James K. (Mary) Perkins and Joe Pete Rucker; grandchildren, L'Shaun McKissack, Jasmin Jetton, Alexandria Perkins, Quentin Perkins and DJ.
