Obituary:
Jeffrey Blackman was born June 18, 1961 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to the late Lillie Bell Martin and Arthur R. Sneed. He transitioned from his earthly life to eternal life on Monday, June 8, 2020.

Jeffrey received his education in the Rutherford County School System. He later earned a certificate in Culinary Arts in Knoxville, Tennessee. He loved serving God, church and his community.

He was a free spirit who enjoyed bringing family together to cook, joke, and laugh. He was the life of the party and a big part of our family.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his younger brother, Kelvin F. Martin; loving aunt, Laura J. Sneed; and close cousin, Trina B. Nance.

His memory will forever be cherished by his sisters, Rockie (Robert L.) Nelson and Lola Collier of Knoxville, Tennessee; brother, Arthur Sneed; aunt, Lillian King; uncles, Ed S. (Earlene) Blackman and Wayne Blackman; nieces, Roshawnda (William) Nelson and Ivy Sneed; nephews, Robert Nelson, Cotey Nelson, Pierre Martin and Paul Andre Hall; a special great niece, Shacoria Nelson; great nephew, Jamee1 Leeshawn Martin; special devoted family, Terri Blackman, Tyrone (Carliss) Harris, Latrise (Brain) Allen and Todd (Tracy) Harris; devoted friends, Reggie Patterson, Beverly Murray and Tonya Mitchell; and a host of other "Queens and Kings."
