She transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at her residence surrounded by family.
She was educated in Rutherford County Public School System.
Sandra was employed at the Stones River Center as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for several years.
She professed a hope in Christ at an early age and united with Cedar Grove Primitive Baptist Church under the pastorate of Elder Buford Taylor. She later moved her membership to Israelite Primitive Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death with her sisters, Teresa Malone and Lula Smith; and nephew, Marcus Malone.
Sandra leaves to cherish her memory: two sons, Franky Hathaway and Michael Lillard; four grandchildren, JayJen, Harmony, Franky Hathaway Jr. and Micah Lillard; one sister, Thelma Malone; three brothers, Isaac (Marie) Malone, James Malone and Webster (Wanda) Malone; brother- in-law, Jim Smith; one aunt, Bessie Mai Smith; one uncle, Henry Miller; devoted friend, Lemeka Caruthers; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends who was blessed to have known her. |
