Obituary:
Mr. Terry Bernard Johnson, age 52 of Murfreesboro transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at his home.

 

Terry Bernard Johnson was born on June 12, 1966 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to Clara and Henry Johnson Sr. He transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Saturday, March 9, 2019.

He attended the Rutherford County School System and his favorite sports to play were football and baseball. Terry professed Christ at an early age at Lillard Chapel United Methodist Church.

He worked at Absolute Auto Center Dealership in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Terry was a person with a big heart, who was always willing to lend a helping hand. He didn't mind sharing with those who were less fortunate than him. He loved joking and playing with his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed communicating with his cousins and friends on social media by sharing pictures and giving words of encouragement.

Terry leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted parents, Clara and Henry Johnson Sr.; brothers, Henry (Barbara) Johnson Jr., David Johnson and Fred (Marlisa) Johnson; sisters, Valarie Johnson and Rose Johnson; aunts, Dorothy Malone, Mary Johnson and Dorothy Hicks of Murfreesboro, Dorothy Malone of Smyrna, Teresa Cannon of Nashville and Judy Hicks of Christiana; uncles, Bobby Hicks of Murfreesboro and Gary (Joyce) Johnson of Ohio; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
