Chelseia LaKeia Onwumere also known as "Lady 380" was born September 10, 1979 in Rutherford County to Clara Akins and Willie Lee Batey III. She transition from this early life to eternal rest on Saturday, December 1, 2018.

She received her education in the Rutherford County School System. Chelseia furthered her education at Remington College where she received her Cosmetology License. She was an employee at Staples.

Chelseia loved spending time with her boys, attending football and basketball games and doing hair. She and the boys like hopping in the car and going different places to just have fun. She was the kind of person that would never meet a stranger. If you were a friend of Chelseia, you were a friend for life. She was a ride or die friend. She loved kids and was a helping hand. If any of her close friends had any children, they were hers as well. Her doors were always open to anyone and she raised her boys to accept anyone. Chelseia was a loving, caring and an outgoing person, who knew how to bring a smile to people's faces. Chelseia's energy would always light up a room. She was a very outspoken person but very firm about any decisions she made. She was always willing to listen, had a shoulder that you could cry on, and that real love that you could depend on. If you needed a helping hand you could depend on her. Chelseia's pride always made her work harder to make sure her boys had a good life.

Chelseia leaves to cherish her memory, sons, Lavar Johnson, Christopher Onwumere and Isaiah Onwumere; mother, Sugar Akins; father, Willie Lee (Diane) Batey III; brothers, Quen Haynes, Tony (Rachel) Smith, Darrell Johns, DoraIco Johns and Sergio Allen; sisters, Tori Johnes and Kierra White; grandmother, Frances Freeman; companion, Phillip Cason; devoted friends, Macdee, Mrs. D., Niecy and Christina; adopted daughters, LaZavia "New New", Dierra "Dink Dink" and Emoni; bodyguard, Jarvius; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
