Obituary:
Mary Lee Bell Swader was born to John and Callie Elder on September 8, 1935 in Rutherford County, Tennessee. She passed away on October 24, 2017.

On April 26, 1951 Mary married Arthur Lee Swader, Sr. and they were blessed with 62 years together. To this union ten children were born, Arthur Jr., Eugene, Jerry, Dot, Cindy, Deloris, Tim, Louise, Antonio Jerome and Troy.

Mary dedicated her life to Jehovah and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in the late seventies.

She loved to cook for her family, it brought her so much joy. She loved and looked forward to attending an annual banquet given in honor of her and her friends called "The Golden Girls Celebration."

She is preceded in death by her husband Arthur Lee Swader, Sr.; five siblings, Elsie Mae, Jessie, Luther, Earnest Sr. and Hattie; brothers- in-law, Willie Puckett, James Harris and Richard "Dickie" Crawford.

Mary is survived by her children, Arthur Jr. (Karen), Eugene (Valerie), Jerry (Yvonne), Dot, Cindy, Deloris, Tim, Louise (Eddie), Antonio Jerome (Roe) and Troy (Jessica); four sisters, Viola Puckett, Maggie Harris both of Paynesville, Ohio, Pearl Muse (Bill) of Murfreesboro, and Vera Crawford of Murfreesboro; one brother, Clarence Elder (Julie) of Murfreesboro; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She will be missed by us all. We cherish the time we have spent with her. She always had a ready smile, no matter how she felt and no matter the circumstances.

She looked forward to the time when 2 Chronicles 20: 17 becomes a reality: "You will not need to fight this battle. Take your position, stand still and see the salvation of Jehovah in your behalf."
