King Woods in Murfreesboro, Rutherford County Tennessee. His journey ended peacefully after an extended illness on Monday, April 10, 2017.
Kenneth was affectionately called "Jack" by his family. He was a very kind, gentle, and quiet man. Anyone who met him would always say, "what a kind gentleman. Jack graduated from high school in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He attended college for two years in Texas until he was drafted to the military. He was a Security Officer, worked at Middle Tennessee State University and was a Maintenance worker at Stones River Mall.
"Jack" loved his family, enjoyed playing dominoes, listening to music and keeping up with world events. He was a faithful member of Emery United Methodist Church.
"Jack" leaves to cherish his memory, a very loving and devoted aunt, Hattie Lillian King Tyler of Goodlettsville, Tennessee; devoted and loving cousins, Karen (Michael) Bryant of Nashville, Tennessee, Lois "Punkin" Tucker of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Clara Mai (Otis)Black of Winter Haven, Florida, Bennie J. (Donna) Tucker III of Detroit, Michigan, John L. Tyler of Goodlettsville Tennessee, Victor (Elfreda) Tyler, Sr., of Nashville, Tennessee; cousins, Ruby Jean (Jimmy Lee) Alexander of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Barbara Ann (Eugene) Swader of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Marilyn King of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; a brother, Thomas (Dianne) Davis and a host of other relatives and friends. |
