Cecil Evangeline Miller (Reams) former resident of New Jersey, Maryland and Florida, died on December 14, 2016 at the age of 65 years in Orlando, Florida. Cecil was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on August 28, 1951 to Howard and Mary (Patton) Reams. Most recently she lived in Maryland and Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Miller.

Cecil engaged in an active and busy life. She married Kenneth on September 8, 1979, leading to the life and duties of a military wife. She worked in a variety of fields, but mostly enjoyed caring for her husband and raising a family. Her early career was with Celanese Corporation and later worked for the Hartford County School District in Maryland. After retiring from work life she was an active member of her church. In her years as a military wife and subsequent widow, she made numerous friends around the country. Cecil's magic was her love of life and church activities, along with traveling and reading.

Cecil is survived by her daughters, Venita M. Nicholson (Miller) of Edgewood, Maryland, and Desiree R. Miller of Orlando, Florida; Kendall Miller (step-daughter), Matthew Miller (step-son) and Kevin Miller (step-son); her mother, Mary A. Smith (Patton) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; her brothers and sister, Howard E. Reams of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Alex (Billy) Smith of Orange, New Jersey, Connie F.
