She departed this life on September 30, 2014 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in the midst of her loving family.
She professed her hope in Christ Jesus at an early age.
Eileen was preceded in death by three brothers, Elroy Lillard, John Henry Lillard, and Eugene Franklin Jr. She leaves to cherish her memories: three daughters, Shiann (Grady) Kimbrough, Josie Gooch, and Jessica Watkins; two sons, Charles (LaCresha) Franklin, and Joseph (Shay) Franklin; one goddaughter, Kennia Hudgins; four sisters, Margaret Ann Martin, Elizabeth Dumas, Jacqueline (Ralph) King, and Rosie (Charles) Blough of Sinking Springs, Pennsylvania; two brothers, Michael Franklin and Eugene Franklin; six more brothers, Eddie Michael, Tony, Marvin, Gene M., Hosea, and Darell "BO"; nine more sisters, Annie, Constance, Verma Ruth, Cherylon "Bella", Marsha, Schemagne, Leona, Gwynne, and Yolanda "Londie"; nineteen grandchildren; three aunts, Ida Lee Alexander, Ada Mae Matlock and Mary Francis Batts of Nashville, Tennessee; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends, Teresa Turner, Linda Cheers, Natalie Bailey - King, Pam Telfer - Borrajo and Yolanda Cason.
